About:Mount Emei

Hey guys, I'll arrive in Emeishan at the late evening of September 16th.

Then I have 1 full day there, and on the 18th night (22:00) I have a flight back to Beijing from chengdu, while on the way back to chengdu at the 18th I want to pass by the giant Buddha. The question is if you think I'll have enough time to explore the mountain at the 17th,sleeping somewhere on the mountain, than at the morning later to get down from the mountain, go to leshan, and manage to be on time for the flight, or, is it to tight and I should just make 2 nights at the bottom of the mountain and skipping the experience of sleeping in some monastery?
Thanks in advance for the help

You are advised to spend one night on the mountain. On the morning of Septermber 18th, get down from the mountain, and take a bullet train to Leshan (about 15 minutes). You may spend half a day at the Big Buddha. Afterwards, take a bullet train to Chengdu South Railway Station from Leshan (about 1 hour). Upon arrival, take a taxi to the airport for about CNY 40 (about 20 minutes). Remember to reach the airport at least two hours before departure! Good luck!
