About:China Customs Declaration

Can I take pickles, oil, ready to cook items , normal medicines etc. to China from India?

preliminary medicine without doctors prescriptions?

As I know, they may be allowed to take into the country with a declaration at the customs. For the medicine, you can take self-use dose without doctors' prescription if they are OTC medicines.
