nepalese studying in hangzhouwant to apply for hk visa

Question

I am a nepalese student studying in Hangzhou China. I want to go back home to Kathmandu and also spend a couple of nights in HK . In this case is it possible to apply for the HK entry permit in Beijing online or by mail without having to travel to Beining and also without having to send my passport by courier and that visa sticker is sent if the entry permit to travel to HK is approved. I am holding a expired Hong Kong entry permit
