Is there a bus from Shaxi to Dali in Yunnan? How long does it take, and how much is the fare?

As I know, there is no direct bus. You may take a bus to Jianchuan first in half an hour (CNY10). Then transfer to another bus to Dali within 3h, and it costs CNY35 or so.1
