About:Guangzhou Metro Line 3
Change trains at West Tiyu Road to go between Baiyun Airport and Canton Tower in Guangzhou?
From the Timetable and the first paragraph, it seems there is one branch of Line 3 that goes from Panyu Square to Tianhe Coach Terminal passing through West Tiyu Road, and another branch of Line 3 that goes from West Tiyu Road to Airport South. This would suggest that to go back and forth from Canton Tower to Baiyun Airport, I would have to switch trains at West Tiyu Road.
However, from the list of stations for the North-South Branch, it lists Airport South AND Canton Tower as stations on this branch, which suggests that I would not have to change to another branch of Line 3 at West Tiyu Road.
So which is it? Do I need to switch to another branch of Line 3 at West Tiyu Road or not?
