About:Dress Code in China

Going to Jilin university to study international relations for a two years masters degree programme.

Starting in September 2016.
Please what dress code is appropriate and should I come along with high heels shoes?

I am also concerned about the distance of the hostels to lecture hall.

There is no specific dress code. Casual clothes should work. But it may be a little bit inappropriate to wear vest, slippers, and short skirts or pants to attend the class. Oh, don't wear shoes whose heels are too high.

Generally, if you live inside the campus, the lecture hall shouldn't be too far away from the dormitory. No worry!
