We are arriving 22:05 via cathay pacific. Staying at Prince Hotel,is ok to take HK Airport Express?

Yes, you can take the AE to Kowloon Station first. Then take the free shuttle bus line K2 and get off at Prince Hotel directly. The transportation is quite convenient. Hope helpful!
