About:Horse's Love Compatibility

hello im a snake with dob oct 3 1989 and i have crush with male horse dob dec 17 1978.

Will it work? We have 11 years old difference. And he only cares about his business and didnt make a move yet. Could it work if i am the one who make a move pursuing him?
