if we have a photocopy of a passport page, can a friend in china book and collectticketsfor 4 people

Based on the policy, you need to show the original passport. But your friend may try to hold the 4 passport copy and his or her ID card to buy the paper one. If you booked online, you need original passports for the collection, the copy would not work, I tried.
