i have a staff ticket from iberia without a confirmed seat, can i go with this 144 free

My father is captain of iberia, we would like to meet at Sha airport because I am currently in kuala lumpur and fly together from there to madrid but my staff ticket is without confirmed seat until the check in. My father will be the captain of that flight. Can I go with this 144 hours free transit? I am not going to leave the airport. Thank you

So you have confirmed air ticket and will have confirmed seat after check-in? If yes, you can use the 144 hour free transit.But if you have a stand-by ticket, you don’t qualify for the free transit.
