I am a female Capricorn born in 1991 and he's a Scorpio born in 1988.

It seems like we break up to make up. I'm wondering will things get better or should we let it go?

if you really want to be together with him, you must be patient and tolerant with each other and compromise when misunderstanding occurs. I think you can have a good talk with him, let him know your feelings and share burdens with each other.
