About:China Visa

Can I apply for s2 visa for my wife and 2 kids myself at the psb in Beijing

or has it to be at their country of residence ( problem is consulate in cebu city is closed)

So I'm wondering if I can apply for them if I have their passports with me when I return to china next week ( plan is to apply for them when I renew and get my new residence permit)

Darren, I’m afraid you cannot apply for the S2 type for them in Beijing if they are not in PRC during the process.
If the consulate in Cebu is closed, they can go to the embassy of PRC in Manila to apply for the S2 type.
