VOA for Indonesian passport holder. Please help me is it true?

I am from Indonesia.. me and my 2 friends want to traveling hongkong-shenzhen-macau for next week. Recently I have read a blog said that VOA shenzhen will be stop for Indonesian passport holder since August until 15sept16. I just want to make sure by stop here to make a question.
