About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Arriving HKIA 10:30 pm- is the Customer Service open for purchase of Airport Express Travel Pass ?

Is this best done at the airport or at Hong Kong Station - we are not sure if we will get to HK station before 12:30am.

The express train runs till midnight or a little later, so the Customer Service Center of it at HKIA will be open upon your arrival. You can surely get a travel pass. No worry! And personally it is suggested to get it at HKIA instead of HK Station for your convenience.
