Best dates to move to a new house in December 2016

Good day! My family and I will be planning to move to new house by December this year.
Kindly advise when is the best date for the month?
Your opinion will be a great help.

My husband's B.O.D is April 25,1983 and Mine is May 22, 1979. My son is January 30, 2007 and my daughter is April 12, 2010.

You can do it on December 19 or 31, which is predicted to be auspicious according to the mentioned dates of birth.
