Hi: Is there any shuttle from baiyun airport to holiday inn at Shangxiajiu Street?

I'm afraid no shuttle can directly take you to the hotel. I'd recommend metro travel:
take line 3 at Airport South station to Jiahewanggang, where you can transfer to line 2 and get off at Gongyuanqian. Aferwards, change to line 1 within the metro station and head for Changshoulu. Get out of exit A, walk east along West Changshou Road and move south along South Wenchang Road for about 5min to find your hotel.0
