Tourists without ARC card

Hello,
We are two spanish people travelling around Asia since 7 months ago and now we are in Seoul and we want to apply for chinese visa to visit China at the begining of september. We have read this website and we are not sure if we need the ARC Card or not. We have been in SK only for tourism and we don't have any ARC card.
Does anybody know anything about applying as a tourist in SK?

Cheers,
Iñigo & Susana

Susana, if you don’t have Korean ARC card, it may be difficult for you to apply for Chinese entry permit from Korea. But nothing is absolute. You can still have a try! If it cannot be done, you can go to Malaysia or Thailand for a try.
