About:Postage Rate of China Post International Parcels

I have a box of 145×30×60cm weighing 30 kg and i want to send it to Pakistan.

What will be the cost?

The upper weight limit of a parcel is 20kg. Maybe you can seperate your parcel into two and the cost should be CNY450 in total.
If it can not be separated, you may need to send it as a cargo. For your reference, the fare should cost CNY1,700 for a 20GP container.
