Can I bring magnets and a bottle of 35% food grade Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) to China?

I am hoping to bring 12x magnets that are 1cm in diameter and 0.4cm in thickness.
The H2O2 bottle is 473mL in volume.
Are they strictly prohibited or do they just require me to fill in a declaration form?
