Philips, you can apply for a tourist L type to visit your friend in PRC. You need to provide those documents: your passport and its copy, the completed application form attached with a passport-sized color photo, your residence permit in Ghana, and the invitation letter from your friend as well as financial support proof. The consular officers may also require other relevant materials.
