I'm a (Gemini) dragon and I like a scorpio rat-

they say that geminis and scorpios aren't really good for each other but what about Chinese Zodiac? So? is there a possibly?

The most important in a relationship is if the years match. The months are not so important.
In your case you are most likely to be compatible except if you are both fire (if you were born in 1976 and he was born is 1996.)
