About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Duration for stay

I'm going to China and will stay for 45 days, my visa is M type and double entry, is this consider overstay?

Yenn, because you have double entry M type, after staying for 30 days (if the stay duration on your M type says 30 days), you can exit PRC and then re-enter to get another 30 days. In this case, you won’t overstay.
Or you can apply for an extension 7 days earlier before 30 days runs out. In this way, you may be able to stay for 45 days and won’t overstay.
