applying for a visa in Zimbabwe

Hi,I want to further my studies in China and I applied for a X visa. My mistake is I wrote multiple entries for 4years instead of ticking one entry for 3 months..will that be a problem when I go to collect the visa or will they just charge me for the one entry for 3 months?
