About:Tibet Travel Permit
If my Tibet permit is 04Sep16 till 11Sep16, can I enter there on 03Sep16, which is one day earlier?

I'm afraid that won't do on that day. It is regulated that foreigners should strictly comply with the dates on the permit. In addition, you are only allowed to enter this region by joining a group tour.0
