Can I bring couscous, lentil, cooked beetroot in vacuum pack, artichokes in can to China?

Also, what are heat treated cheese products? Are grated cheddar in a pack treated by heat already?

Thanks!

According to the rules, you may take small amount of couscous, lentil, cooked beetroot, and canned artichokes to enter the country. But you are required to make a declaration at the customs. These items will need a quarantine check.
Any kind of cheese products is forbidden to enter the country. Not take it!
