Buddy, it is really hard to say whether you can get the visa or not by prediction. I think well preparing the required documents should be the key.
Actually, this match may not be very ideal. The different characters may lead to opinion-difference and quarrels. But if both of you can be open your heart to each other and work hard to keep harmonious pace, everything can be solved.

Raan,
You are a Scorpio born in the year of the Wood Ox. She is a Capricorn, born in the year of the Water Rooster. Although an Ox and a Rooster is a good match, and so are your elements, your wood (roots) benefit from her element water, I have to tell you that your sun signs Scorpio (water sign) and Capricorn (earth sign) are not compatible. If you are prepared to accept a relationship less than perfect, then it is OK. A Capricorn lady needs to be in charge, and a Ox man want to be in charge too. Do you see a problem here?

Raan,
You will get a visa, as we approach your lucky year of the Rooster (2017). Good luck to you.
