John again. A Congolese new Medicine Student. Thank you for your help so far.

May I ask if it is possible for a parent or relative to process a student Visa on behalf of someone or you only allow the very person. if, yes, is it applicable to all the Chinese Embassies, Zambia inclusive? Even to those coming from other countries to process their visas in Zambia.

John, it’s possible for you to entrust your parents or relatives to apply it for you on your behalf. But you should be in Zambia if they will apply for it in Zambia.
It seems that there is only one Chinese embassy in Zambia. So you can only apply for it from there.

I have just come from Zambia, the Chinese embassy as you did advise me to get an entry visa or permit for me to be able to get the student study X type but to my surprise, I was told that , the said "Entry Visa or Permit" meant, Study permit, Resident permit or Work permit . Not just an entry visa. Its not applicable here in Zambia. They advise me to go to Kinshasa where I have to board a plane that cost about $600+other logistics and I should be in China before 1st of Sepember. Is there any other I can be help, because I m suppose to be there before 1st September .
