Hi,I'm an Australian and want to know how to apply for the entry permit in China?What is the process?I'm flying next month in Sept 22-25 I am also going to Germany prior to that from the 17th. Can I apply for the entry permit in person quickly? Do you just need a copy of my passport?Since I actually need my passport for germany.

An, if you want to apply for a tourist L type in Australia, the first step is to prepare these materials including your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-sized color photo, hotel booking record and transportation arrangement. And then submit the application to the CVASC to apply for it. Usually, it takes 4 working days. You can apply for it in person quickly by choosing the rush service which takes 2 working days. Your original passport is also needed.
