travel with baby

Hi,Multiple questions from me, regarding to the Gtrain from Shanghai to Beijing:- What is the procedure for picking up the tickets? Where can I pick them up with shortest waiting time? (2 small children)- both kids can travel for free as they are under 120 cm, but do I have to fill in that we are travelling with kids?- can I travel with the baby IN stroller, eg in the aisle?

- You need to find the ticket window firstly, find the shortest queue, show your pick up number to the staff, they will give you the paper tickets. There is no special window for picking up tickets.- One passenger could only take one child for free, for the second child, you need to buy child ticket for him/her. -  You can take stroller, but you could not put it in the aisle.You need to fold it and put it under your chair. BTW, if you take two children, choose ticket delivery service would be more convenient for you.
