Filipino from kawasaki kanagawaken japan

Good afternoon I would like to ask I'm a Filipino citizen married to Japanese and have Permanent residence i want to travel and stay to my chinnese friend house to Qingdao China on septmber 24 to october 4 do i need to take a china visa?

Eva, of course, you need to apply for a visa to enter PRC and visit your friend. You can apply for a tourist L type to do that.
