What is the easiest way to get St. Sofia Church from Harbin airport?

Can I get taxi from the airport straight to St. Sofia Church.

The easiest way of course is to take a taxi, which costs around CNY100 to the chuch. Alternatively, you can take shuttle bus line 3 to Central Street. Then walk around 900yd to get to the church.
