Marriage Certificates

Hi there!
Anyone can advice the procedure on preparing the marriage certificate? As advice from the Consulate the marriage certificate must be:
1) Translated to Chinese by High Court Chinese Interpreter
2) Endorsement from the Foreign Affair
3) Endorsement from the Chinese Consulate

Is there any other procedures that I missed out? By the way, what is CTC?

Appreciate to anybody who can help me to clarify this matter. Thank you in advance.

The first step is to get the marriage certificate notarized by the local notary public.
May I know where you know CTC? Because CTC means many things, I cannot tell you what it means exactly unless you tell me what you know it.
