I once visited china in 2013 and I applied from Thailand because I was studying in Thailand. Now I am just a tourist because my educational visa is expired and I am graduated and I have decided to travel in China to get more information about learning Mandarin in China. Since I am in Cambodia as a tourist, Do you think I can get Chinese tourist L type entry permit in Cambodia??Thanks

It’s possible for you to get Chinese tourist L type from the embassy of PRC in Cambodia even though you are just a tourist there. Just have a try!
