How can transit passengers access VIP lounge zone at Urumqi Airport?

How much it is cost for one person?

As I know, the VIP lounges are open for the first class and business class passengers. So if you happen to hold the ticket, just get in and access through the lounge for free. If you are holding the economy class ticket, there is no way to access through it.
