3 full days in Guilin for 2 people 13-17.10

we are 2 adults and would like to visit Guilin from 13.10.2016 to 16 or 17.10.2016. Can you suggest us your support fro othese dates? Does your tours include flight tickets or I can book myself?
Can I book the flight from Guilin to Shangai for the evening, is it possible to finish the tour in time in order to reach evening flight to PVG?
