expired visa

Hi,my name is Grace Wanjiru, am a kenyan living in china.i have an expired viza of 9 months.I want to go home and i have the 10,000 fine.What steps should i take? please advice..

Grace, you should first report your situation to the local police and then pay the fine. After, you can apply for an exit pass to leave PRC.
