Can Chinese people renew passports at the Chinese Embassy in Singapore?

can I check how long it take for passport collection? Any kind soul please, thank you.

Zann, of course, Chinese people can renew passport at the embassy of PRC in Singapore.
It usually takes 10 working days to renew your passport.
