Travelling to taichung / taipei on 10Aug to 15Aug - Is it high risk typhoon?

what kind of clothes is recommended during this season?

The two cities will be free of typhoon then. It will be cloudy and shower sometimes. The temperature may range from 75F to 90F. You are advised to take T-shirts, shorts, sandles, sunglasses, sunscreen, and an umbrella. Have a nice trip!
