No, the transfer to wharf is not included in the price. It is only for cruise ticket. You can purchase the tickets when you arrive at the Zhujiang Wharf. Or, you may book the tickets in advance from a local hotel or a travel agency.0

The Li River cruise is available in December according to my experience. But it may be cancelled due to low water level several days prior to the departure. You are suggested to check it in advance.0
