1&3. Take bus line 1842 from the airport to Zhongshan Elementary School Station. Then, walk south for about 250 yards to it. The trip takes about 1 hour.

2. You can buy the card at MRT Stations, Customer Service Centers, 7-Eleven Convenience Store, OK Convenience Store, etc. Each card costs TWD 100 by the way.
