How can I get to Shanghai Zhujiajiao Old Town from the Pacific hotel and how long will it take?

Am time restricted.

You take a taxi to Puan Road, East Yan’an Road at a cost of CNY15, and there you connect the Huzhu Express bus line to the water town directly.
