About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Will the 144hr visit be refreshed when rentering China?

Hi, I am planning on visiting Shanghai for around 4-5 days in August and then travelling to South Korea for a few days then back to Shanghai for my return flight to the UK.
Will the 144hr transit policy be refreshed once I return to Shanghai? as in will I get another 144hrs?

Rory, you will travel like this: UK-Shanghai-South Korea-Shanghai-UK, right? If yes, you can enjoy the 144 hour free transit for both legs of your trip. Happy journey!
