About:China Visa on Arrival

Hi, I will be travelling to Hongkong>Shenzhen>Guangzhou in September.

So my question is can I use the same Visa (applied on arrival in Shenzhen) to enter Guangzhou?

You can't use the Shenzhen VOA to enter Guangzhou. It's not allowed.
