about the invitation letter from Duly Authorized Unit

1. Does the invitation need to go through China authorized Chinese unit?

2. What is the name of the authorised unit?

3. The original invitation letter sent to me from a company in China with all verification (stamped and signed) is it not valid to the China Embassy in Nigeria?

4. How many working days will it take the China Embassy in Nigeria to issue one the M Business China Visa after meeting all the necessary requirements needed?

5. Please is there any special way the company inviting me should address the letter i should take to the China Embassy?

6. Will the China Embassy in Nigeria accept the Invitation Letter sent to me by this company Guangdong Forstar

1. If the embassy requires you to provide an invitation letter of duly authorized unit, then it should be issued by authorized unit.
2. Municipal Foreign Affair Office, Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Foreign Economic Relations & Trade Commission, International Trade Promotion Commission and Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau can be regarded as the authorized units.
3. If an invitation letter of a duly authorized unit is needed, an invitation letter from a company is not sufficient.
4. It usually takes 3 – 4 weeks for the whole application process.
5. You should submit the invitation letter to the embassy of PRC.
6. It is hard to say. Sometimes, the invitation from authorized unit may be also needed, but the company is not a duly authorized unit.
