Bringing in personal equipment for demonstration at a meeting, then taking it back to US

I am bringing in my personal (well used) manufacturing equipment for teaching at a meeting, and then will be taking it back to the US when I leave. I will also be in more than one laptop. Do you have a suggestion for documentation that I should have to verify that this is personal equipment, and will not be left in China?
