If there are any vegetarian eateries in and around Shaolin temple and Dengfeng town?

Certainly! You can have a vegetarian meal inside the temple. In Dengfeng, you can go to Qing Ya Zhai Veggie Restaurant at the crossroad of Chongfu Road and Chonggao Road. :)
