Your partner is Chinese citizen, right? If yes, you can try to apply for a Q type. You need to prepare these documents: your passport and its copy, the filled-out application form, a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from your partner, and copy of his Chinese ID card, and the relationship certificate (baby’s birth certificate with both of your names on it). But I cannot assure that if it can work out.
