how can i go to china i have chinese baby but im not married to my live in partner in philippine

my live in partner he want me to go in china with his baby how can we go can you suggest to me if what should i do.

Ashley, because you two don’t get married, the problem may be difficult to be handled with. Anyway, you can have a try.
Your partner is Chinese citizen, right? If yes, you can try to apply for a Q type. You need to prepare these documents: your passport and its copy, the filled-out application form, a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from your partner, and copy of his Chinese ID card, and the relationship certificate (baby’s birth certificate with both of your names on it). But I cannot assure that if it can work out.
