About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

Do I have to fill in the foreigners medical form, seen on internet, as part of my visa application?

Helen, for what I know, this form is to be obtained after you enter China with X1, Z, S1, or Q1 type entry permit. In most cases, you don't need it when doing the application.

Thank you for clarifying this so quickly. I am applying for a tourist visa (L), so will not need to be concerned now.
