Will I have a house this year and start a new relationship with someone with more financial security. DOB 3/23/57

Alexandria, buying a house should be a large expense. Make sure you have enough savings for that. Or, you'd better not do so. It should increase your financial pressure.
It may be a good time for you to develop a relationship this year. It is advised you turn to your family or friends. They should introduce someone that is compatible with you. Good luck!
