About:China Visa Mail Service

Can we send all our visa applications directly to one Chinese Consulate?

And our group are coming from different parts of the United States.

Sorry, you can't. There are two reasons. First, you can't submit your applications by mails. Second, only if you all live in the consular district of a consulate can you submit your applications to the same consulate.

You can submit in person but you should make sure you live within the consular district of the embassy you will go to.

I live in florida and their website says my consulate is in Houston but I applied for my visa in person in New York..my friend applied for hers in Washington
